About the position

We are looking for an experienced property technician who enjoys taking responsibility and working both independently and in a team. You are solution-oriented, engaged, and have a service-minded approach.

As a property technician with us, you will have a varied job with significant responsibility. You will be part of our technical team and be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of several properties. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Supervision, rounds, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Corrective measures within the property's technical systems
• Contact with tenants, contractors, and managers

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance or similar technical work
• High school education, preferably in plumbing, electrical, or construction
• Electrical certification (meriting)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Driving license B (requirement)

You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is used to planning your work. You have an eye for detail, are service-oriented, and thrive in a job where customer contacts are a natural part of everyday life. It is an advantage if you live in or near Gothenburg and have local knowledge.
